Share subscriptions based on stock options 2009 A

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 May 2012, 9.30 am EET A total of 190 119 new Tieto shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009 A. The entire subscription price of EUR 1 237 674.69 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Tieto Corporation shares will increase to 72 273 867 shares. The shares subscribed for with the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 2 May 2012, as from which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares as of 3 May 2012. The share subscription for the stock options 2009 A is 1 March 2012-31 March 2014.
