Tieto nominates participants of the Long-Term Incentive Programme 2012–2014
Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 March 2012, 9.00 a.m. EET
The Board of Directors has nominated the 155 participants for the Long-Term
Incentive Programme 2012-2014. It is estimated that a maximum of 25 additional
participants will be nominated later this year.
The decision of the Board of Directors on the establishment of the programme
was announced on 16 December 2011. It is part of the remuneration and
commitment programme for Tieto's key personnel, including the President and
CEO, the Leadership Team and the Extended Leadership Team.
