TietoEVRY Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 7 July 2021 9.30 a.m. EET

TietoEVRY Corporation has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Incentive AS.

The holding of Incentive exceeded the 5% threshold on 6 July 2021. The
holding amounts to 6 082 829 shares, corresponding to a holding of 5.14% in
TietoEVRY shares and voting rights. The shares are held by following funds and
separately managed accounts:
