TietoEVRY Corporation has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Apax Guernsey (Holdco) PCC
Limited.

The combined holding of Lyngen Holdco S.à r.l. and Apax Global Alpha Limited has
fallen below the 10% threshold on 27 July. The current holding amounts to 9 086
087 shares, representing 7.67% of the shares and votes in TietoEVRY Corporation.
Of this amount, the holding of Lyngen Holdco S.à r.l. represents 7.63 %-points
and that of Apax Global Alpha Limited 0.046 %-points.
Lyngen Holdco S.à r.l. and Apax Global Alpha Limited are companies ultimately
controlled by Apax Guernsey (Holdco) PCC Limited.

TietoEVRY’s registered total number of shares and voting rights is currently 118
425 771.
