Tietoevry's comparative financial information based on the updated reportable segments

Tietoevry Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 27 June 2023, 9.00 a.m. EEST

As part of the company's ongoing strategic reviews, Tietoevry Connect and Tietoevry Transform were integrated to form Tietoevry Tech Services, effective 1 April 2023. Financials for Tech Services as a new reportable segment will be reported from the second quarter of 2023.

The company's financial reporting as from the second-quarter interim report, to be published on 21 July, will be based on the following reportable segments:

• Tietoevry Create
• Tietoevry Banking
• Tietoevry Care
• Tietoevry Industry
• Tietoevry Tech Services

In connection with the changes in the company's legal structure, relating to the ongoing strategic reviews, certain customer contracts have been moved from Tietoevry Tech Services to Tietoevry Banking and Tietoevry Create.
