(the "Company")

Notification of transaction of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Grant of Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan")

The Company announces that on 30 April 2019 awards of contingent rights to receive shares of the Company have been made to certain directors and PDMRs under the Plan.

The awards were made at no cost to the individual and will vest, subject to the rules of the Plan, based on the Company's performance during the three-year period of 2019-2021 against two measures relating to (i) earnings per share (governing 80% of the awards) and (ii) relative adjusted total shareholder return (governing 20% of the awards).

The per share price used for the purposes of calculating the maximum number of shares subject to these awards was £1.925, being the closing price on the London Stock Exchange as at 20 March 2019, the date the Company announced its results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2018.

The following notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
