Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), we notify the market of the following:

As at 31 March 2019, the issued capital of the Company comprised of 520,269,141 ordinary shares of 1 pence. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury and accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 520,269,141.  All of the issued ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per share.  This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
