The Company announces that, effective 13 May 2024, it has granted ordinary shares to the Executive Directors under the TI Fluid Systems plc Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan"). These awards result from the use of the exchange rate on 12 April 2024, the date on which the Executive Directors received ordinary shares in connection with the 2023 annual bonus awards.
