CFO and Director Appointment

Following the Company's prior announcement on 2 November 2022, we are pleased to confirm that Alexander De Bock has joined the Company as an Executive Director and been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the TI Group with immediate effect as of 6 April 2023.

Also effective 6 April 2023, Ron Hundzinski has stepped down as an Executive Director of the Company and Chief Financial Officer but will remain with the Company through the month of April to continue and complete the orderly transition with Alex.
