Appointment of new Senior Independent Director
The Board of TI Fluid Systems plc is pleased to announce that Tim Cobbold has been appointed to the Board of the Company and will serve as its Senior Independent Director.
Tim has over thirty years of experience in a variety of sectors with more than ten years as Chief Executive Officer of FTSE listed organisations, including Chloride Group plc, De La Rue plc, and UBM plc. He served as a Non‑Executive Director of Drax Group plc for nine years until September 2019 and has been a Non‑Executive Director at Rotork plc since 2018.
Tim joined the Board on 4 November 2019.
Other than the directorships highlighted above, there are no matters requiring disclosure pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
