Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of TI Fluid Systems plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine Sarsynski as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Elaine is currently a director on the board of AXA SA, the French multinational insurance firm, and is a member of AXA's Audit Committee.  Elaine is also currently a director on the board of Horizon Technology Finance Corporation, a venture lending platform that provides structured debt products to life science and technology companies, and is a member of Horizon's Audit, Nominating and Compensation Committees.

Elaine previously spent twelve years in the executive management team of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, a mutual life insurance and financial services providers, including in the role of President of MassMutual Retirement Services. She also held the positions of Chairwoman, Chief Executive Officer and President of MassMutual International.

Elaine joined the board on 14 August 2018.

Other than the directorships highlighted above, there are no matters requiring disclosure pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
