POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by TI Cloud Inc. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors", each a "Director") of the Company wishes to inform shareholders (the "Shareholders") of the Company and potential investors that, based on its preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "Reporting Period") and other information currently available, the Group is expected to record a net profit in the range of RMB55.0 million to RMB65.0 million for the Reporting Period, representing a significant increase of approximately 60% to 90% as compared to that of RMB34.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2024.

The Board believes that the expected increase in net profit is mainly attributable to (i) rapid growth in the Company's AI-related product portfolio; and (ii) overall optimization of R&D processes enabled by AI Agent technology.
