June 18, 2021, may cast their vote electronically on all the items of Ordinary and Special Businesses as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, through electronic voting system of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). e-voting during AGM has been provided as a separate attachment to AGM Notice. All the members are informed that: i. All the items of Ordinary and Special Businesses set outin the Notice of the Annual General Meeting may be transacted

• through voting by electronic means;

• ii. The remote e-voting shall commence on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 9:00 A.M.;

• iii. The remote e-voting shall end on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.;

• iv. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by electronic means or during AGM is Friday, June 18, 2021(end of the Day).

• v. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5:00 P.M. on June 25, 2021;

• vi. Any person, who acquires shares of the Company and becomes member of the Company after dispatch of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and holding shares as of the cut-off date i.e. , June 18, 2021may follow the same procedure for e-Voting as mentioned in the Notice;

Members may note that: a) the remote e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL after 5:00 P.M. on June 25, 2021 and once the vote on a resolution is cast by the members, the members shall not be allowed to change it subsequently; b) the members who have cast their vote by remote e-voting prior to the Annual General Meeting may also participate at the Annual General Meeting but shall not be entitled to cast their vote again; and c) a person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date only shall be entitled to avail facility of remote e-voting prior to the AGM or voting during the AGM; d) Any person holding shares in physical form and non-individual shareholders who acquires shares of the Company and becomes a member of the Company after sending notice and holding shares as of the cut-off date, may obtain the login ID and password for casting his/her vote and for attending the AGM by sending a request at helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com. AT the beginning of the century, one of the most popular entertainers touring America and Europe was a one-legged man named

Gifford.

Gifford was an American. He specialised in jumping off high places on a bicycle. In London, he pedalled off a

platform 95 feet above the ground and landed in the flooded arena below still seated upright on the machine. This is what amazed the onlookers. How did he continue to stay atop the bicycle as it fell? Others who tried it came to grief. The bicycle would overturn in mid-air and the rider would invariably fall on his back in the water and the cycle would land on top of him. A German who made fun of the stunt and claimed he could do it easily changed his tune when he actually pedalled off a plank himself. He lost several teeth when the bicycle

fell on him and the handlebar went through his

cheek.

Gifford himself felt that his success had something to do with the fact that he had only

one leg.

Being mindful: Live in the present moment. Notice the small things which bring a smile to your face, this could be by watering your plants in the morning or crashing into a bed with fresh sheets. When you look back at these moments you may realise that these were really big moments during

that period of life. Being grateful: Expressing gratitude for things which you have makes you feel better and happier. Gratitude is known to show positive effects on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This reduces the stress, allowing you to have a good sleep, positively impacting the next day.

Being kind: Helping others makes us feel happy. Being kind to everyone around you whether family, friends, neighbours even strangers deepen the relationship and gives more meaning to your life. You could notice that when you are being kind or help someone there is a pleasant smile on your face.

Being your own friend: As mentioned in the previous point that being kind to others makes us happy, being kind to yourself is equally important. Treat yourself daily as you would treat your very close friend whom you have met after years. Spend some exclusive time with you, pamper yourself with a hot chocolate, accept your imperfections. Love yourself unconditionally.

I n a bid to help Chrome users against phishing attempts while browsing, Google is launching new safety features along with a new scanning tool for risky downloads. Launched last year, the 'Enhanced Safe Browsing' feature will now offer additional protection when you install a new extension from the Chrome Web Store. "A dialog will inform you if an extension you're about to install is not a part of the list of extensions trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing," said Varun Khaneja, Chrome Security.

If you choose to send the file, Chrome will upload it to Google Safe Browsing, which will scan it using its static and dynamic analy-

sis classifiers in real time. "After a short wait, if Safe Browsing determines the file is unsafe, Chrome will display a warning. As always, you can bypass the warning and open the file without scanning. Uploaded files are deleted from Safe Browsing a short time after scanning," added Badr Salmi, Google Safe Browsing. According to Google, 'Enhanced Safe Browsing' users are successfully phished 35 percent less than other users. "Starting with Chrome 91, we will roll out new features to help Enhanced Safe Browsing users better choose their extensions, as well as offer additional protections against downloading malicious files on the web," the company said in a blog post. –IANS

कॉर्पोरेट अफेअर्स मंत्रालय( एम सी ए परिपत्रके) तर्फे जारी करण्यात आलेल्या जनरल परिपत्रक क्रमांक १४/ २०२० दिनांक ८ एप्रिल २०२०, क्रमांक १७/२०२० दिनांक १३ एप्रिल २०२०, क्रमांक २०/२०२० दिनांक ५ मे २०२० आणि क्रमांक २/२०२१ दिनांक १३ जानेवारी , २०२१ आणि सेकुरीटीएस एन्ड एक्सचेंज बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया( सेबी परिपत्रके, तर्फे जारी परिपत्रके यांच्या अनुषंगाने कंपनीची वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा (ए जी एम) शनिवार दिनांक २६ जून २०२१ रोजी दपारी ०३:०० बाजता व्हिडीओ कॉन्फेर्रसिंग (वी सी)/ इतर ऑडिओ/ व्हिडीओ माध्यमांमार्फत (ओ ए वी एम) क्रमांक सेबी SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 दिनांक १२ मे २०२०, सेवी SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2021/11 दिनांक १५ जानेवारी २०२१. सर्व साधारण आणि विशेष व्यवसाय व्यवहार संबंधित बैठकीत घेतलेल्या सूचना सर्व समभागधारकांना कंपनीच्या कुल सचिव व समभाग हस्तांतरणीय व्यक्ती यांच्या कडील नोंदणीकत ई-मेल ईट वर पाठवण्यात आल्या आहेत/ वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा (एजीएम) आणि वार्षिक अहवाल यांची सूचना इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पद्धतीने ४ जून, २०२१ रोजी पूर्ण आली आहे/ ए जी एम ची सूचना आणि २०२०-२१ चा वार्षिक अख़्वाल कंपनी च्या वेब साईट वर www.thyrocare.com तसेच एन एस ई www.nseindia.com, बी एस ई. www.bseindia.com आणि सी डी एस एल च्या www.evotingindia.com येब साईट वर उपलब्ध आहे. कंपनी अधिनियम, २०१३ च्या कलम १०८, कंपनी (व्यवस्थापन आणि प्रशासन) अधिनियम २०१४ नियम २० आणि सेबी नियमन २०१५ च्या ४४ व्य नियमानसार आणि इन्स्टिटयूट ऑफ कंपनी सेक्रेटरीएस ऑफ इंडिया यांच्या द्वारे जारी करण्यात आलेल्या सेक्रेटरिअल स्टैडझाँ (एस एस २) नुसार, सर्व भौतिक स्वरूपात व डिमटेरिअलइज्ड सी डी एस एल द्वारे डे बोटिंग सुविधा देण्यात आली आहे. ए जी एम दरम्यान रिमोट ई वोटिंग आणि ई वोटिंग करण्या करिता कंपनीने सी डी एस एल ची सेवा आरक्षित केली आहे. ए जी एम दरम्यानची रिमोट ई योटिंग आणि ई वोटिंग बाबतची सर्व प्रक्रिया विस्तृतमध्ये ए जी एम नोटीस सोबत देण्यात आली आहे. l. वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या सामान्य आणि विशेष व्यवसायातील सर्व इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पद्धतीने मतदानाद्वारे व्यवहार केला जाऊ शकतात. ii. परोक्ष ई-मतदान बुधवार, २३ जून २०२१ रोजी सकाळी ९.०० वाजता सुरू होईल; iii. परोक्ष ई-मतदान शुक्रवार २५ जून, २०२१ रोजी सायंकाळी ५:०० वाजता बंद होत आहे iv, एजीएमच्या दरम्यान इलेक्टॉनिक पद्धतीद्वारे मतदानाकरिता निर्धारित करण्याची पात्रता निश्चित करण्यासाठी कट ऑफ तारीख शक्रवार १८ जन, २०२१ (दिवसाचा शेयट) आहे. V. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोडद्वारे ई-मतदानास २५ जून, २०२१ रोजी साबंकाळी ०५:०० च्या पुढे परवानगी नाही. Vi, कोणतीही व्यक्ती, जी कंपनीचे शेअर्स घारक आहे व कंपनी चे सभासद आहेत आणि त्वांना वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेची नोटीस पाठवल्यानंतर आणि दसऱ्या कट ऑफ तारखेला म्हणजेच १८ जून, २०२१ रोजी शेअर्स ठेवून कंपनीचा सदस्य बनला असेल, ती ई- बोटिंग साठी समान पद्धतीचा अवलंब करू शकेल.
