Change in number of shares and votes in Thule Group (publ)

During the month of June, 7,500 subscription warrants in Thule Group's warrant series 2017 /2020 has been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 7,500 in June 2020.

As of June 30, 2020, there are in total 103,223,606 shares and votes in Thule Group AB (publ).
