This notification is submitted in accordance with Chapter 4 Section 3 of the Swedish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments by Nordic Capital VII Limited ("GP VII") (General Partner to Nordic Capital Fund VII ("Fund VII"). GP VII is a subsidiary of NC VII Limited. GP VII, in its capacity as General Partner to Fund VII, is the parent company of Nordic Cecilia Four Limited, which is the parent company of Cidron Outdoor VII S.à r.l., which is the parent company of Nordic Cecilia Four S.à r.l.. Nordic Cecilia Four S.à r.l. is the parent company of Nordic Cecilia Four AB, which in turn is the parent company of NC Outdoor VII AB. On 27 April 2016, NC Outdoor VII AB has entered into agreements on the sale of 10,608,828 shares (NC Outdoor VII AB's entire holding) in Thule Group (the "Sell-down"). Following the Selldown NC Outdoor VII AB does not hold any shares or votes in Thule Group and as a result of the Sell-down the holdings of NC Outdoor VII AB (including the holdings of its parent companies) has fallen below the 10 and 5 per cent thresholds.
