On February 22, 2021, Thryv Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
