REFFIND joins ADP Marketplace and accelerates USA expansion

Employee experience technology company REFFIND Limited (ASX:RFN) has signed a referral relationship agreement with ADP (NASDAQ: ADP), a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

The multi-faceted relationship includes sales referrals, solution integration and inclusion of the REFFIND application on the ADP Marketplace. The NASDAQ-listed ADP has more than 630,000 clients and 35 million end-users spanning more than 100 countries.

ADP Marketplace is a cloud-based app store designed to help employers dynamically manage an ecosystem of enterprise applications from ADP and world-class partners. This enables companies of all sizes to extend the value of their workforce solutions seamlessly across their entire organisations via a secure, single sign-on process.

REFFIND Co-Founder and Managing Director Jamie Pride said: “Many organisations we speak with are trying to simplify the acquisition of HCM technologies. ADP’s marketplace offers hire-to-retire solutions all in one place, freeing up the time of clients to find the right solution for their business. REFFIND is currently undertaking the ADP security compliance review and will commence integration of the two platforms in February 2016.

The new relationship with ADP comes as REFFIND accelerates its expansion into the USA, with Mr Pride spending the coming month in the country overseeing recruitment and

rollout of business operations for the region. US Census Bureau data shows 18,219 businesses with more than 500 employees, highlighting the outstanding opportunity for REFFIND’s technology.

New Jersey-based ADP was founded in 1949 and has grown from a manual payroll processing business to be a human resources solutions giant with revenues in excess of US$10 billion.
