Completion of Capital Raise

Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX:1TT, Thrive Tribe or Company) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a placement from sophisticated and professional investors for 318,615,000 ordinary shares and raise the equivalent of $240,554 price at $0.000755 per share (being a 25% discount to the last 15day Volume Weighted Average Price before this ASX release) (Placement Shares) . The Shares will be issued pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1 (175,169,000 shares) and Listing Rule 7.1A (143,446,000 shares)

The Company intends to apply the funds raised under the Placement towards general working capital and the costs of the Placement.

Clee Capital Pty Ltd (Clee Capital) is acting as the lead manager to the Placement will receive a 6% plus GST fee on the funds raised under the placement. Clee Capital shall also be issued 32 million options at an exercise price of $0.003, with a 3-year expiration date from the date of issue. The options are subject to shareholders approval at a future Shareholders meeting.
