WooBoard 2021 Annual General Meeting Details

WooBoard Technologies Limited (ASX: WOO) (WooBoard) today announces the 2021 Annual General Meeting of shareholders ( AGM ) will be held as a virtual (online) meeting. The decision to hold the meeting virtually has been made in light of the continuing uncertainty and restrictions on public gatherings.

The AGM will now be held on the revised date of Thursday, 25 November 2021 , commencing at 11am (AEDT) . This date supersedes all previous public disclosures.

The last date for receipt of director nominations is now Thursday, 7 October 2021.

WooBoard encourages all shareholders to vote and participate in the AGM. The online virtual meeting platform will allow shareholders or their proxies to watch proceedings, vote, make comments and ask questions during the AGM in real-time, regardless of their location. More information regarding online participation at the AGM (including how to vote and ask questions online during the AGM) will be provided to shareholders ahead of the meeting.
