Liberty One Acquires Nutella and Wapistan Gold Properties

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 28, 2021 – Liberty One Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LBY) (“ Liberty One ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated January 13, 2021, it has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares (the “Victory Shares”) of Victory Exploration Inc. (“ Victory ”) pursuant to a share exchange agreement (the “ Share Exchange Agreement ”) dated May 28, 2021 among the Company, Victory and shareholders of the Victory (the “ Transaction ”). Victory is a Montreal-based company that controls minerals claims collectively described as the Nutella Gold Property and the Wapistan Gold Property (collectively, the “ Properties ”) in the James Bay region of northern Quebec.

Transaction

Pursuant to the terms of the Share Exchange Agreement, as consideration for the sale and transfer of the Victory Shares to the Company, the Company issued to the Shareholders, on a pro rata basis, an aggregate of 1,500,000 common shares of the Company and paid an aggregate cash payment of $250,000.

The Company anticipates that the acquisition of the Victory Shares will constitute an Expedited Transaction pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
