Issuance of Tax Certificates for the Fiscal Year 2024

The Company under the corporate name 'THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL ANONYMOUS COMPANY' and the distinctive title 'THRACE PLASTICS CO. S.A.' (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, announces to the investors that following the completion of the tax audits for the financial year 2024 (fiscal year 2024), which were carried out by the tax auditors of the Group, in accordance with the provisions of article 78 law 5104/2024, both for the Company and its subsidiaries 'Thrace Nonwovens & Geosynthetics S.A.', 'Thrace Polyfilms S.A.', 'Thrace Plastics Pack S.A.', 'Thrace Eurobent S.A.' and 'Thrace Greenhouses S.A.', the relevant tax certificates were issued with an "unqualified opinion".
