Director Dealings

The Company was notified today that on 22 October 2014, Peter Mason, Non-executive Director, completed the sale and repurchase of 1,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120.0 pence and 120.4 pence per Ordinary Share, respectively, in order to effect the transfer of 1,000 Ordinary Shares into the Individual Savings Account of Mr Mason.

On 22 October 2014, Mrs G Mason, wife of Peter Mason, completed the sale and repurchase of 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 120.0 pence and 120.4 pence per Ordinary Share, respectively, in order to effect the transfer of 10,000 Ordinary Shares to the Individual Savings Account of Mrs Mason.

Following the above transactions Mr Mason (including connected persons) retains a beneficial interest in 1,626,370 Ordinary Shares representing 1.41% of the voting rights in the Company.

This calculation is based on 115,675,590 being the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights.
