Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 5 August 2014 that the beneficial holding of Andrew Thorpe, Chairman and Joint CEO, in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") decreased by 297,140 Ordinary Shares on 5 August 2014. These Ordinary Shares are held by his children Alex Thorpe and Tara Thorpe, who turned eighteen on 5 August 2014 and, as a result, Andrew Thorpe no longer includes such Ordinary Shares in his own notifiable beneficial holding.

Andrew Thorpe's beneficial holding now comprises 27,602,700 Ordinary Shares representing 23.9 per cent. of the issued share capital with voting rights.

This calculation is based on 115,675,590 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
