Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 14 October 2013, Peter Mason, Non-executive Director was gifted 6,410 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by his wife, Mrs. G Mason at nil value. On 22 October 2013 Peter Mason completed the sale and repurchase of 9,000 Ordinary Shares at a sale price of 126.0 pence per Ordinary Share and repurchase price of 126.5 pence per Ordinary Share, in order to effect the transfer of 9,000 Ordinary Shares to the Individual Savings Account of Mr Mason.

Following the above transactions Mr Mason (including connected persons) retains a beneficial interest in 1,626,370 Ordinary Shares representing 1.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
