F W Thorpe Plc announces the retirement of Mr Colin Brangwin as a Non-Executive Director, who steps down from the Board with immediate effect.

Andrew Thorpe, Chairman of F W Thorpe Plc said:

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Colin for his many years of dedicated service with the Group.

Colin joined F W Thorpe in 1963 and during his time he progressed through the organisation to Managing Director of Thorlux Lighting and ultimately to become Chairman of the Group.
