Net Tangible Assets (NTA)
Wentworth Holdings Limited (WWM) advises that the unaudited NTA at 30 September 2013 was 6.37 cents per share. This is a decrease of 0.63 cents per share (or circa 9%) from the reported 31 August 2013 unaudited NTA of 7.00 cents per share.
This change in NTA was principally due to the share price movement in Australian Renewable Fuels Ltd (“ARW”). As at 30 September 2013, the ARW share price was $0.93 per share. As at 31 August 2013, the ARW share price $1.20 per share[1] .
