APPOINTMENT OF TIM BIRCH AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Thorney Technologies Ltd (ACN 096 782 188) ( TEK ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Birch as a non-executive director effective immediately.

Tim is a senior technology executive with extensive experience building and running large scale technology hardware and SaaS businesses, specialising in channel distribution, resell and integration partnerships as well as broader alliances. He has held a number of senior leadership roles at Apple, Salesforce and Ingram Micro and worked extensively across multiple Asia Pacific markets, being based in Singapore, Vietnam and now in Sydney.

Tim recently joined Stripe, the global payments platform software company, where he is leveraging his extensive network in building out the partnerships ecosystem and working across multiple industry and customer verticals.
