Thorney Technologies Ltd (ASX: TEK) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Thorney Technologies Ltd (‘TEK’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TEK, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 10 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Thorney Technologies Ltd - request for trading halt
Thorney Technologies Ltd (ACN 096 782 188) (ASX:TEK) (“ TEK ”) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (“ ASX ”) with respect to its ordinary shares in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:

the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by TEK in relation to an impending equity raising;

TEK requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market in relation to the proposed equity raising and the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 10 November 2020; and
-
TEK is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
