BIODIESEL EXPORT PROGRAM NOW UNDERWAY

Australian Renewable Fuels Limited (ASX: ARW) is pleased to advise that, as foreshadowed in its ASX announcement of 23 April 2013, the company has now recommenced exports of biodiesel.

The first shipment of 5,700,000 litres of biodiesel is now en route to the USA. It will be followed by another shipment of 5,000,000 litres in August.

Customers for the order are Valero Energy Corporation and Gavilon Inc., two of the world’s leading energy companies. Valero is a San Antonio, Texas based, Fortune 500 international refiner and marketer of fuels with a combined throughput of around 3 million barrels a day. Gavilon is a Nebraska based international grains; food and fuel storage and distribution company whose energy division stores and transports a range of fuels including crude oil and refined products, gas and renewable fuels.

ARfuel's ability to secure these export customers in one of the world's most competitive biofuels markets highlights the high quality and competitive production costs of ARfuel's production facilities. This competitive advantage will be enhanced by the recent drop in the value of the Australian dollar and further export opportunities are actively being explored.

The recommencement of biodiesel exports also marks the return to meaningful production levels at ARfuel’s Largs Bay (SA) and Picton (WA) plants and complements the company's existing long term supply contract with Shell Australia.

NEW BANKING PARTNER

ARfuels is also pleased to announce the execution of terms with a new banking partner. The terms provide for a $6 million working capital facility to fund the sales growth and development of the business both in Australia and on export markets.

Along with being one of the world’s foremost top tier banks, this partner provides unique resources and transactional support for ARfuels as we continue to grow our business in the world commodity markets and in the Asia Pacific region.

Yours Sincerely
