TRADING HALT

The securities of Australian Rewnewable Fuels Limited (the "Company") will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 3 March 2011 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Notice to the ASX

Application for Voluntary Trading Halt

Australian Renewable Fuels Limited (ASX Code: "ARW") hereby applies for a voluntary Trading Halt of up to 2 days in the quotation of its securities pending the completion of a Capital raising campaign currently underway. In the event that this is completed earlier, the ASX will be notified immediately with a request for the lifting of the Trading Halt. I am not aware of any reason why this request should not be granted.
