Notice of Underwriting of Options expiring 18 December 2011

Australian Renewable Fuels Limited (ASX Code: ARW ) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an underwriting agreement with InvestorFirst Securities Limited ( InvestorFirst ) for the exercise of the options over ordinary shares due to expire at 5:00 pm on 18 December 2011. The terms of the options are set out in the Prospectus announced to ASX on 5 October 2010.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 3.11.3, ARW advises that InvestorFirst will be paid an underwriting fee of $106,402.81.
