Notice to ASX

We refer to Australian Renewable Fuels Limited’s (“ARF” - ASX Code ARW) announcement on 3 October 2007.

Given ARW’s change of strategic focus and concentration on its US Operations as announced on 2 November 2007, it is pertinent for ARW to renegotiate the terms on which it has engaged the Macquarie Group. Consequently, ARW will not complete the issue of 25.8 million ARW Options over Ordinary shares to the Macquarie Group. ARW and American Renewable Fuels Inc will engage the Macquarie Group in relation to its US Operations.
