Thorney Technologies Ltd (formerly Australian Renewable Fuels Limited) is pleased to announce the following board changes, effective immediately.

Mr Alex Waislitz has joined the Board as Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Jeremy Leibler has joined the board as a Non-Executive Director
Mr Craig Smith has retired as a director but remains as Company Secretary
