Changes to Directors / Senior Management

Australian Renewable Fuels Limited ("ARW") confirms the changes to the structure of the Board as announced to the market on 27 June 2011 ("Announcement").

As foreshadowed in the Announcement, Mr Robert Scott and Mr Charles Gullotta have resigned as directors of ARW with effect from 1 July 2011. The Board wishes to thank both Mr Scott and Mr Gullotta for their services and contributions as directors of ARW.

Mr Tom Engelsman (previously Chief Executive of ARW) is now Executive Chairman of the Board and will focus on assisting in the implementation of the current ARF strategy, as well as leading the development of the Besok opportunity and its capital structure.

ARW confirms Mr Andrew White's appointment as Managing Director of ARW with effect from 1 July 2011. Mr White's initial focus will be on the integration of the BPL business, as well as continued growth based on market dynamics and feed stock options available. He will also review expansion models in regions such as North and Northwest markets linked to the current industrial demand.
