Change of Company Secretary

Australian Renewable Fuels Limited (ARW) confirms a change of Company Secretary.

Mr Andrew Metcalfe has been appointed Company Secretary and Mr Stephan Scheffer has resigned from that position.

Mr Metcalfe brings over 15 years of Company Secretarial and Governance experience to the Company.

Mr Scheffer continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer of ARW, with specific focus on the important integration of the BPL acquisition, as well as various other strategic projects.
