Australian Renewable Fuels Limited (“ARW”) announces the following changes with regard to the structure of the Board.

Mr. Glyn Denison has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Denison has been involved in the Company for over four years and has been an active member of its development and the board wish to thank him for this.

Mr. Denison will continue to have a consulting role with the Company, focused on the further development of the Picton business.
