Dear fellow shareholder

I am writing to invite you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Thorney Technologies Ltd ( TEK or Company) which will be held at 12:00pm (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.

Please note that due to COVID-19, the AGM will be held virtually and there will not be a physical venue for you to attend. The Board and I are disappointed that we will not be able to meet you in person, but we hope you appreciate our need to prioritise the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and the community.

However, you or your proxyholder may participate in the TEK AGM as follows:

• Watching, listening and or asking questions via the TEK AGM Zoom Webinar; and

• voting via the Lumi online platform.

Details on how to do this and the business to be transacted at the AGM are set out in the TEK Notice of Meeting.

TEK will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting as is permitted by section 5(1) of the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 3) 2020. Instead, you may view or download the Notice of Meeting at www.thorneytechnologies.com.au/AGM2020TEK.pdf.

Further, if you have provided an email address and elected to receive electronic communications from TEK then you will receive an email with a link to a copy of the Notice of Meeting and further information in regards to the virtual meeting.

If you would like to receive electronic communications from TEK in the future, please update your communication elections online at www.investorvote.com.au. If you have not yet registered, you will need your shareholder information including SRN/HIN details.
