TRADING HALT
The securities of Thorney Opportunities Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 November 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

THORNEY OPPORTUNITIES LTD (ASX:TOP) REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Thorney Opportunities Ltd (TOP) requests a trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares quoted on the ASX with immediate effect.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, TOP advises:

a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company's securities pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising (Announcement);
-
b) TOP wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the Announcement, or the commencement of trading on 23 November 2017; and
-
c) TOP is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or the ASX about the trading halt.
