BONUS OPTION ISSUE PROSPECTUS
Thorney Opportunities Ltd is pleased to advise that it has today lodged a prospectus with Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Eligible shareholders will receive free Bonus Options whereby 1 TOP option (Option) will be issued to shareholders for every 2 TOP shares (1 for 2) held by them at the record date, 15 April 2014.
The Options will have an exercise price of 53 cents and are being issued at no cost to shareholders. Options will have an expected expiry date of 22 April 2015. TOP is seeking quotation of the Options and it is expected that trading will commence on 9 April 2014 under the ASX code “TOPO”.
Full terms of the Issue are set out in the Prospectus which will be sent to shareholders on 16 April 2014.
