THORNEY OPPORTUNITIES LTD CONFIRMS ISSUE BY MONEY3 CORPORATION LIMITED OF LISTED OPTIONS

The Directors of Thorney Opportunities Ltd (TOP) are pleased to announce that Money3 Corporation Limited (MNY) has issued TOP with 5 million options relating to its subscription in the recently completed $30 million secured bond issue. TOP anchored the bond issue and subscribed for $10 million of the issue.

MNY issued a total of 15 million options, pursuant to the approval by MNY shareholders at a meeting convened on 26 June 2014.

The options have the following terms:

Expiry date of options	16 May2018
Exerciseprice	$1.30
Options can be exercised at any time.
Options listed on the ASX on 23 July 2014.
