ASX Waiver re Listing Rule 7.3.2

The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM; ASX; THR) advise that ASX has granted Thor the Waiver from ASX listing rule 7.3.2 contemplated in the Company's Notice of the General Meeting to be held on 3 April 2014.

The Waiver confirms the verbal advice that had previously been provided by ASX, as referred to in the section in the Explanatory Notes to the abovementioned Notice of Meeting headed "Notes to Resolution 5 - Approval for issues of Shares to Chess Depository Nominees Pty Ltd".
