Release from Escrow.

Thor Mining Plc is pleased to advise that 21,666,667 CDIs will be released from escrow on 3 April 2014.

These CDIs were issued to Western Desert Resources Limited on 3 April 2013 as

part consideration for the sale by that company of a 26% interest in the

Spring Hill gold project located south of Darwin.
