NOTICE OF DISPATCH OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING AND CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Thor Mining PLC (“Thor” or the “Company”) (AIM, ASX: THR) refers to the Circular lodged with ASX on 28 June 2010, comprising a Notice of General Meeting and Open Offer to eligible Security Holders of up to 200,000,000 new Ordinary shares or Chess Depositary Interests corresponding to Ordinary shares (“CDIs”) priced at GBP 0.7 pence or AUD$0.01225 per share or CDI with up to 100,000,000 free attaching options, exercisable for one share or CDI at GBP 1.5 pence or AUD$0.02625 each.
The Circular, together with the Application Form and Proxy or CDI Voting Instruction form, was dispatched to shareholders today.
