No Change in Issued Securities

The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX THR) wish to advise there has been no change in securities issued by the Company, nor any movements of securities between AIM and ASX, during the period between the last lodged Appendix 3B (ASX 23 October 2015) to 9 November 2015. As such, an updated Appendix 3B will not be lodged.

As a dual listed Company on AIM and ASX, Thor is required to provide the ASX with an Appendix 3B within 10 days of each month end, to advise any movement of listed securities between ASX and AIM, during that month.

All information in the most recent Appendix 3B (ASX 23 October 2015), remains unchanged as of 9 November 2015.
