Thimar Development Holding Company would like to clarify to its esteemed shareholders that, in accordance with the previously announced financial regulation plan approved by the shareholders, creditors, the Financial Regulation Secretary and the Commercial Court, the first installment amounting to (50% of the value of the company’s receivables stipulated in the financial regulation) has been paid for more than 95%. Of the creditors’ amounts according to the plan, the rest of the payment will be completed as soon as the documents are completed according to the regulations.
