Notice of Companies House filing

The Works has filed unaudited accounts for the 20 week period ended 17 September 2023 at Companies House.

These accounts relate only to the parent company of the Group, TheWorks.co.uk Plc. The accounts have been filed to satisfy the Companies Act requirement to evidence the existence of sufficient distributable reserves for the Company to pay the proposed final dividend of 1.6 pence per share, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting on 4 October 2023.
