The Company announces that Gavin Peck (Chief Executive Officer) has elected to withdraw his cash contributions made in accordance with his savings contract under the Company's 2021 Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme in order to be eligible to participate in the 2023 SAYE scheme which is due to launch in October 2023. Therefore, the options granted to him under the 2021 SAYE have lapsed.

The SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs. The SAYE exercise price for the options granted in 2021 was 55 pence per share, which is above the prevailing share price.
