TheWorks.co.uk plc has today published the following documents:

·      Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Form of Proxy and Notice of Availability for the 2023 AGM

These documents are available on the Company's website at https://corporate.theworks.co.uk/investors/results-reports-and-presentations/ and printed copies will be posted to shareholders, along with copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 30 April 2023 ('FY23 Annual Report'), today. The Company's AGM will be held at Boldmere House, Faraday Avenue, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1AL on Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 9.00 a.m.

Final Dividend

As set out in the FY23 Annual Report and Notice of AGM, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend for FY23 of 1.6 pence per share (the 'Final Dividend') for approval by shareholders at the AGM. If the Final Dividend is approved by shareholders, it will be paid on 2 November 2023 to shareholders on the register on the record date of 6 October 2023. The ex-dividend date for the Final Dividend will be 5 October 2023.
