The Works, the family-friendly value retailer of, arts, crafts, toys, books and stationery, announces that it received notification on 1 July 2024 of transactions (set out in the notifications below made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation) in ordinary shares in the Company by Harry Morley (Non-Executive Director) and his wife Katherine Morley (a person closely associated with Harry Morley).

The transactions will result in no net change in Harry Morley's beneficial interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his wife) which remains at 275,000 shares (0.44% of issued share capital).
