TheWorks.co.uk plc (AIM:WRKS) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held at 9.00 a.m. today were duly passed on a poll.

The Company will provide its next update on Friday 24 January 2025, with the publication of FY25 Interim results and a trading update covering the Christmas period.
